Our latest addition of a Premium Family Cabana comes furnished with two comfortable Chaise loungers, two armchairs, drink cooler in a secluded environment on the pool deck for five people. Additionally, you will have access to a cabana host within the first hour of reservation to assist with food orders from Ollie’s Poolside Café. A $100 Deposit is required that will be refunded minus any damage or other charges incurred during the visit.
Group Rental Space
$130 Newark Resident/$140 Non-Resident "plus an additional $100 deposit"
Receive a designated area on the pool deck that includes admission up to 10 people. Group space has a picnic table and benches for your visit! Additional, guest require a fee after ten Guest. A $100 Deposit is required that will be refunded minus any damage or other charges incurred during the visit.
To make a change to your Cabana reservation such as changing the date or cancellation, we must receive written notice 7 business days before the reservation date. A $15.00 processing fee will be charged for any changes and or cancellations. If requesting any changes or cancellations with less than 7 business days no changes or rescheduling will be offered and fee paid will be forfeited regardless of reason.

Can I order food with my cabana reservation?
Yes, once you have placed your reservation and within the required preorder window, you can place a food order with us. You will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org, inform them that you have rented/reserved a cabana and ask for the preorder food form. Please note that all orders need to be placed Wednesday by 10:00 am the same week of your reservation for all weekend orders. During the summer months, food orders during the week will need to be placed one week prior on Wednesday by 10:00 AM.
If any of the deadlines are missed, food orders can be placed the day of and are subject to any wait/delivery time delays.
All food orders are prepaid and are non-refundable once a request is received. NO exceptions.
Can we bring in a cake with our cabana reservation?Unfortunately, no. We do not allow any outside food or beverages into the aquatic center. The only exception is bottled water or infant food/formula. Reserved birthday parties booked from one of our birthday parties are the only reservations allowed to bring in a cake or cupcakes for their reservation.
Can we bring in outside food?When renting a cabana you will not be able to bring in any outside food or beverages. The only exception is bottled water and infant food or formula.
Due I need to clean up the cabana after my reservation?It is the responsibility of all group users to clean up after themselves. Excessive spills must be cleaned; including any trash. All items that have been brought into the facility must be either placed in a trash can or be removed from the facility before exiting the building. A minimum of a $25.00 Cleaning Charge will be taken from your deposit if clean-up is not completed.
What if I need to cancel my cabana reservationCancellations: Cancellations with more than 7 days before rental date, rental fees will be refunded minus a $15.00 refund processing fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days before rental date forfeit 100% of rental fee regardless of reason or illness. No show on rental date-forfeit 100% of all rental fees. All contract changes must be made in writing.
