To report damaged traffic signals, please call (510) 578-4211, or e-mail public.works@newark.org. Traffic signals are usually repaired on the same day.

To report street light outages, please call (510) 578-4263, or e-mail public.works@newark.org. Please provide the pole number and nature of problem, i.e., out, dim, flickers on/off when reporting the outage. Street lights are generally repaired every Thursday. Requests for repairs must be received by Monday afternoon to be included on Thursday's repair list.
