Request for Proposals: Newark Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan
The City of Newark is seeking the services of a highly qualified transportation planning consultant to prepare a comprehensive Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan. The deadline for submittal of proposals to the City’s Engineering Division is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2010.
An electronic copy of the Request for Proposals is provided below. Copies may also be obtained during regular business hours at the City Administration Building (City offices will be closed beginning December 24, 2009 and will re-open January 4, 2010).
