Area 3 & 4, Housing and Golf Course
A Specific Plan is proposed to guide the development of Areas 3 and 4. The Specific Plan describes a residential community of primarily single family detached homes as well as recreational amenities and a school site.
The project includes:
- A High Quality Housing Community
- 1260 Housing Units (At least 1008 of the Homes to be Detached Houses; 252 Could be Condo Style and Dedicated as Affordable)
- Parks and Open Space Amenities
- School Site in Addition to School Fees
- The Potential for a future Golf Course
