Area 3 and 4 Specific Plan Project

A Specific Plan, Zoning and a Development Agreement is proposed to guide the development of Areas 3 and 4. The Project is residential community of up to 1260 primarily single family detached homes as well as open space, recreational amenities, and a school site.
