Cherry Logistics Center @ 38811 Cherry Street
The approximately 29.54 acre project site is on the west side of Cherry Street, approximately 400 feet north of the intersection of Mowry Avenue and Cherry Street. The project involves construction of a new, approximately 574,600 square foot industrial building to be used for warehouse and distribution. The existing, approximately 230,000 square foot industrial building previously owned and occupied most recently by BlueLinx Corp., a supplier of residential building materials, would be demolished. Thus, there would be a net increase of approximately 344,600 square feet of building area. Approval of an Architectural and Site Plan Review is required.
