CANCELED Meetings Area 3 & 4 addendum

The previously scheduled consideration of an Addendum to the Newark Areas 3 and 4 Specific Plan Project Environmental Impact Report by the  Planning Commission the City Council on February 12th and 14th 2013, will not occur on those dates. The consideration may be rescheduled.
